Consists almost entirely of his diaries 1956-1985. The diaries are somewhat in theĀ  format of scientific lab notebooks, with numerous little drawings.

Also includes some funeral papers, wills, land records, military discharge, clippings, photos, death certificates.

Born 17 Jan 1897, Arlington, Kansas. Parents John P. Linscheid and Katharina Mueller.

Served in medical corps in World War 1.

Married Martha Kliewer (1900-1990) in Hammon, Oklahoma, 23 Aug 1923.

Graduated from Oberlin College. Ph. D. (in biology?) from Case Western.

Taught biology at a high school(?) in Shaker Heights, Ohio.

Died in Newton, Kansas, 9 Oct 1985. Member of First United Presbyterian Church at the time of his death.
