1921    Left for Constantinople, Turkey with Vinora (Weaver) Salzman

1921-   Spent one year in Constantinople, Turkey with Vinora in charge of orphanages as

1922    Part of Russian relief work for the Mennonite Relief Unit, under Mennonite Central Committee.

1925    Married Arthur Slagel

1928    Bore a son, Donald, and spent many years as a homemaker

1973    Died in Meadows, IL
